BOSTON. Cobham Semiconductor Solutions (formerly Aeroflex) released the RHD8541 64-Channel Analog Mux this week at the Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference in Boston this week. The device, part of Cobham's RadHard-by-Design Analog family, is now RHA certified and in QML production.
