Oshkosh Defense receives $42 million JLTV order from U.S. Army

OSHKOSH, Wis. U.S. Army officials placed a $42 million order with OshKosh Defense, LLC for the the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program including vehicles, installed kits, and packaged kits. The order exercises available options under the awarded contract from August 2015.

Oshkosh officials explain the JLTV program will replace 55,000 of the U.S. Army and Marine Corps’ uparmored HMMWVs. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with an estimated completion date of November 2017.
