CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. Engineers at Rockwell Collins have designed a GPS receiver that can plug and play with commercial and military mobile devices -- the Remote Secure Receiver (RSR). Battlefield Airmen Office of the Air Force Special Operations Command officials recently ordered the RSR, which has a small, low=power military Selected Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) GPS solution.
