SOF WEEK 2023 -- TAMPA, Fla. After receiving certification to operate its JetWave MCX Ka-band Satcom terminal on the Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS), Honeywell Aerospace (Phoenix, Arizona) is now preparing the following stages of the system’s implementation.

Honeywell's Small UAV [unmanned aerial vehicle] satellite communications (SATCOM) system has been selected by small aircraft designer and manufacturer Pipistrel, as part of the new outfitting for three of Pipistrel'snew aircraft, including the fixed-wing Surveyor and both unmanned Nuuva platforms, the V300 and smaller V20.    

CHARLOTTE, N.C. Honeywell announced that Honeywell Quantum Solutions (HQS) and Cambridge Quantum Computing (CQC) will combine to form a standalone quantum computing company, aiming to set the pace for what is projected to become a $1 trillion quantum computing industry over the next three decades.
