Secure network communication system is selected for U.S. and allied forces

WAYNE, N.J. The U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command has selected Data Link Solutions (DLS) to deliver Multifunctional Information Distribution System Low Volume Terminals (MIDS-LVT) to the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air National Guard, among other allied military forces.
Under Contract, DLS engineers will provide MIDS-LTV, which allow an exchange of real-time situational awareness data and voice communication technology on various platforms with secure, jam-resistant Link 16 communications.
Work under this fixed-priced contract will be performed at DLS facilities in Wayne, N.J. and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The contract will be considered as part of a Foreign Military Sales program through the U.S. Department of Defense.
