Harris to provide secure tactical communications under Foreign Military Sales program

ROCHESTER, N.Y. U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) officials selected Harris Corp. under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program to provide secure tactical communications solutions.
The follow-on indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract spans over the next five years and has a ceiling value of $1.7 billion. Under contract, Harris will supply secure radio communications, tactical communication networks, and embedded encryption solutions.
Chris Young, president of Harris Communication Systems says, "the agreement will add to an already broad range of Harris communications products and services for international customers under the FMS program.”
