AI technology to be leveraged for DoD supply chain risk management

NEW YORK and TYSONS CORNER, Va. Exiger, company specializing in technology-enabled regulatory, financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, has won a $9.9 million subcontract award from prime contractor Alion Science & Technology (Alion) to combat the ever-evolving contemporary threat landscape of supply chain vulnerabilities within the national security enterprise.
According to the contract, Exiger will work with Alion to implement AI-powered supply chain risk management, vendor & entity screening, and supply chain illumination solutions. The IDIQ-type contract will support the Department of Defense (DoD).
Designed by Exiger's threat finance, risk, and CI experts and technologists, DDIQ's AI-powered Platform is designed to drive transformational change in how entities are vetted at an unprecedented scale. DDIQ aims to identify, validate, and analyze global risk indicators by aggregating open source information, performing entity disambiguation, assessing, and continuously monitoring ongoing risk to the companies and suppliers within the relevant supply chain network.
Exiger's DDIQ is intended to enable the DoD to obtain supply chain risk management capabilities and ultimately safeguard the global supply chain while upholding its standard of delivering cutting edge technology solutions.
