U.S. Army selects Boecore for space and missile defense contract

The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC)/ Army Forces Strategic Command (ARSTRAT) selects Boecore Inc. and four other contractors for the Space and Missile Defense Advisory and Assistance Services (SMDA2S) contract.

The contract, a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quality, has an estimated value of $496 millions over a five-year period, in which Boecore will provide technical and operational support services – as well as advisory and assistance – on various missions including missile defense, global strike, cyber operations, and warfighter training.

A retired Lieutenant Colonel, Dan Corey, will serve as project manager for Boecore’s SMDA2S contract. The work will be performed primarily in Colorado Springs, Huntsville, Ala., Texas, and the National Capital Region.
