The IC-INT-VPX3a is a 3U OpenVPX single-board computer based on the Intel® Core™i7 processors. Coupled with the Intel QM67 chipset and DDR3-1333 with ECC, this fully integrated dual-core or quad-core processor is claimed to offer greater performances than its predecessors, within the same power envelope. Moreover, its embedded Kintex™-7 open FPGA, combined with a personality module, makes the IC-INT-VPX3a ideal for customer-specific demanding applications requiring performance, flexibility and reliability.
The new ComEth 4080a, a 3U VPX Giga Ethernet Switch brings in the VPX world a unique solution offering eight 1000Base-BX ports on P1 for backplane inter connection and twelve 1000Base-T ports on P1/P2 for external Ethernet links! Like the other products of the ComEth40xx range, this switch supports full-wire speed L2 bridging and L3 routing with L2-L4 advanced traffic classification, filtering and prioritization with an optimized power consumption. It is fully upward compatible with the ComEth40xx Switchware; it thus benefits from all the latest developments including : IPv6 support (management and unicast routing), RIPng, OSPF v3, VRRP, additional security features (HTTP/SSH client authentications), configurable memory allocation, new status counters...
