U.S. Army Pacific Command issues $9 million task order for Kwajalein site

MCLEAN, Va. DynCorp International (DI) recently received a Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP IV) change order to the U.S. Army Pacific Command (PACOM) task order 06: Base Operation Services supporting the U.S. Army Garrison at Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, in the South Pacific. The change order began December 1, 2017 and runs through February 28, 2018, with a total work authorization of $9 million.

Under the terms of the recent contract, DI will perform base operations, maintenance, and logistics in support of the strategically critical Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site (RTS) on the Kwajalein Atoll. DI's support consists of public works and engineering services, fire and emergency services, logistics, aviation operations, airfield operations, education services, administrative support, public affairs, religious services, medical services, food services, marine operations, port operations, and community activities.

“With this new change order, DI is pleased to support the U.S. Army’s critical mission at the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site,” said Randy Bockenstedt, senior vice president of DI's DynLogistics. “We are looking forward to providing services in unique areas related to supporting an installation where families live and work.”
