Cybersecurity assessment certification achieved by Kratos - News

SAN DIEGO, Calif. Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. announced that it has been named by the federal government as one of the first two Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Third Party Assessment Organizations (C3PAO). As a C3PAO, Kratos will be able to conduct CMMC Level 1-3 assessments once the government completes certain preparatory and authorization steps.

The company received $4.0 million in initial funding.

GERMANY. Sensor specialist HENSOLDT announced it will modernize the test equipment of the artillery location radar COBRA, which is in service with several NATO armies. Under the contract, HENSOLDT claims it will replace the COBRA Radar Environment Simulator (CRES), which is designed for determining optimum deployment and testing system performance.
