U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command signs cybersecurity team to $81.3 million contract

FAIRFAX, Va. General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics, will lead a team to provide enterprise IT and cybersecurity services to the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division. The single-award, task order contract has a potential value of approximately $81.3 million for five years.
Under the terms of the contract, General Dynamics Information Technology -- together with Purdue University and 10 Indiana-based companies -- will provide the NSWC Crane Division with enterprise IT service management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, data-protection, cross-domain security, information-exchange, and technical advisory services management.
Work on the contract will be performed in Crane, Indiana.
