U.S. Army selects ManTech to provide field software support

HERNDON, Va. U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) officials selected ManTech International Corp. to provide systems field and software support for the Army's intelligence and C3/LOG-IT systems.

Under contract, ManTech will provide support to CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) SEC in post-production and post-deployment software support to the warfighter. The support covers a range of garrison, exercise, combat operations, and contingencies for the users of strategic and tactical command, control, communication, and computer (C4), and logistics management systems. Additionally, ManTech will initialize, operationalize, and troubleshoot the hardware and software interfaces of these systems, as well as provide training to the Mission Command Training Centers outside the Continental United States.

The cost-plus-fixed-fee task order has a 12-month base period of performance and two 12-month option periods, with a potential total value to ManTech of $152 million.
