DoD $5 billion cybersecurity prime contract won by Booz Allen Hamilton

MCLEAN, Va. The?Department of Defense (DoD) Information Analysis Centers (IAC) Program Management Office (PMO) has tasked Booz Allen Hamilton to provide cybersecurity and information systems support under a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Booz Allen engineers will work with DoD IAC PMO to provide cybersecurity recommendations to the government, academic, and industry in the U.S. The contract is worth an estimated $5 billion.
Work within the agreement will encourage the development of countermeasures to current and emerging threats, officials say.
