HUNTSVILLE, Ala. BAE Systems reports a successful test of its Long-Range Precision Guidance Kit (LR-PGK) for 155 mm artillery projectiles from the U.S. Army’s Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA) at Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona, with the firing trial demonstrating airframe structural survivability under extreme firing conditions. 

MERRIMACK, New Hampshire. BAE Systems won a $6.5 million contract from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to provide filter technology to improve Defense Department radio frequency (RF) and microwave systems such as digital Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), the company announced in a statement.

HELSINKI, Finland. BAE Systems will launch a multi-sensor satellite cluster in 2024 for the United Kingdom that will operate in low-earth orbit and will be capable of analyzing data while in orbit, the company announced in a statement.

NASHUA, N.H. BAE Systems won a contract from Boeing to produce additional Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability Systems (EPAWSS) for use on U.S. Air Force F-15E and F-15EX Eagle aircraft; the EPAWSS uses digital electronic warfare (EW) technology to enable situational awareness and self-defense capabilities in highly contested combat environments.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. BAE Systems has awarded the U.S. Navy  a contract worth $42.6 million for production of seven Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL) systems, which will enable the Navy to simultaneously transmit and receive real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance data from multiple sources and enables the exchange of command and control information over multiple data links. 

NASHUA, N.H. BAE Systems Electronic Systems group won a contract from Lockheed Martin to design and manufacture next-generation infrared (IR) seeker technology for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) interceptor missile, a U.S. anti-ballistic-missile defense system that was designed to shoot down short-, medium-, and intermediate-range ballistic missiles in their descent or reentry phase. 

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. BAE Systems announced delivery to Germany of advanced M-Code GPS receivers for ground-based missions under a contract with U.S. Space Systems Command.
