Alion Science and Technology has won a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract from the U.S. Navy's Naval Undersea Warfare Center (Newport, Rhode Island) to develop, build, and support the U.S. Navy unmanned undersea vehicle (UUV) Family of Systems (FoS). The value of the contract, including all option years, is $794 million.

MCLEAN, Va. U.S. Navy officials at the Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, Virginia selected Alion Science and Technology to provide engineering, analytical, logistics, and technical support the submarine’s mechanical and electronics systems at MARMC.
