U.S. Army orders Cubic's GATR Technologies satellite antennas

SAN DIEGO. GATR Technologies ? a Cubic Global Defense business unit ? will provide engineering services and inflatable satellite antenna terminals to support the U.S. Army?s Transportable Tactical Command Communications (T2C2) program.
The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is valued at an estimated $5 million and was awarded under the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR), Phase III agreement.
Under contract, GATR will integrate and test the T2C2 inflatable satellite antenna terminals with software systems in preparation for Product Verification Testing, Logistics Demonstration, and Operational Test.
To date, GATR delivered the first ten inflatable satellite antenna terminals to the Project Manager Warfighter Information Network–Tactical (PM WIN-T) in support of the T2C2 program for more than $3.2 million.
