New CurveMaster Curve Tracer product released by HILEVEL Technology at NSREC

PARIS. HILEVEL Technology, Inc. officias introduced the a new compact model of their CurveMaster Curve Tracer at the Nuclear Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC) in Paris this week. The product has as many as 2,048 pins and DC parametrics.
Curve trace has been a standard feature in the company's full-power chip tester for years. The CurveMaster's software promotes ease of use and can be setup on the Windows 7 platform. Golden Pin is a definable tolerance that can be used to capture the traces of a golden (known good) control device and use the results to verify compliance of more devices. Test results can be saved as a table or graphic image.
Offered as an option is a scan/stimulus board, providing as many as eight pins for JTAG scan vectors. This enables setting output pins to a known state via scan chains for special curve trace requirements.
