Proposal requests for engineering, tech, and innovations are being accepted by DISA

MEADE, Md. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) officials issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the the Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) contract vehicle. They are accepting the proposals now to move toward an efficient approach for the procurement of engineering support/services, with a focus on innovation throughout the engineering lifecycle.
The RFP solicits for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contracts (MATOC) for systems engineering, technology, and innovation projects in support of DISA and the Department of Defense (DoD).
The solicitation is issued for full and open competition and includes two suites of contracts, which include an unrestricted pool and a restricted pool. The restricted pool is for offerors meeting the definition of any federally designated small business in accordance with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541512.
SETI’s focus is on fostering, developing, and encouraging innovation with the goal to reduce costs, timelines, and provide innovative solutions to deliver emerging capabilities as well as reliable and consistent services to our warfighters.
SETI intends to deliver high quality engineering services contracts that are timely, agile, and responsive to meet the continuous and recurring short and long-term needs of DISA and DISA Mission Partners.
