Astrodyne acquires power supply company TDI Power

MANSFIELD, MA. Astrodyne Corporation has announced that it has acquired TDI Power, a designer/manufacturer of power supplies and integrated systems for semiconductor manufacturing, industrial, medical, military and aerospace, and other markets.

Headquartered in New Jersey, TDI targets demanding applications that require precise current and/or voltage in harsh conditions.
