NATIONAL HARBOR, Maryland. Aitech is showcasing its latest advancements in military embedded systems at the MOSA Industry & Government Summit, emphasizing technologies built around the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) open standards infrastructure, including its U-C8501 cybersecurity-enabled board, the company announced in a statement.
The U-C8501 board integrates CPU, iGPU, and FPGA components, utilizing Intel’s SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) optimized Tiger Lake UP3 (TGL-UP3) SoC. This board is designed to synergize modern data processing acceleration technologies and boost cybersecurity measures, the company says.
Aitech is also presenting the U-C5300, a Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) Technical Standard aligned multi-head GPGPU graphics board designed for advanced AI delivery, video analytics, and image processing, which aims to provide improved access to real-time video processing and more intelligent AI-based systems to enhance situational awareness on the battlefield.
Further development includes a 3U VPX SOSA-aligned 10/40GbE Ethernet switch for high-speed Ethernet-based digital backbone and network infrastructure -- technology that is intended to establish a unified, connected communication infrastructure, the company adds.
