Data-systems support for MQ-25 unmanned tanker to be supplied by Curtiss-Wright

ASHBURN, Va. Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions has won a contract from The Boeing Company to supply data-technology systems for the U.S. Navy's MQ-25 unmanned aerial refueling program.
The MQ-25 "Stingray" -- the U.S. Navy’s first operational carrier-based unmanned aerial system -- has been designed to provide much-needed refueling capability for the carriers' air wings.
Under the terms of the contract, Curtiss-Wright is set to support Boeing’s engineering and manufacturing development program to provide four MQ-25 aircraft to the U.S. Navy; initial operational capability is expected to occur by 2024.
