DSEI 2015 exhibits Northrop Grumman's unmanned ground vehicle Andros FX

LONDON. At the DSEI 2015 exhibition, Northrop Grumman presented the unmanned ground vehicle, Andros FX – designed by its subsidiary Remotec Inc., it’s purpose is to combat a range of threats including explosive devices.
"The feedback we have received from EOD teams has indicated what they need most are more capabilities to counter vehicle-borne IEDs," said Walt Werner, director, Northrop Grumman Remotec
According to company officials, the operating systems is interactive allowing the end user a reduced workload. It also has chemical and radiation sensors.
