Patriot router development by Raytheon and Teldat for Poland moves to next phase

TEWKSBURY, Mass. Raytheon and TELDAT engineers completed the Critical Design Review (CDR) phase of their effort to co-develop and co-produce advanced militarized routers for the Patriot Air and Missile Defense system for Poland, which validates the TELDAT design's capability to meet all Patriot system requirements and also enables the company to move into the manufacturing and design qualification phase of the program.
Polish businesses be involved in the co-development (design, engineering, software) of the Next Generation Patriot system, such as co-production of a large portion of the future capability. To date, Raytheon has signed seven contract awards and 28 initial teaming agreements (LOIs), that are all focused on bringing work share to Polish technology companies from the WISLA program and beyond. Raytheon is already exploring partnerships beyond air and missile defense to include naval modernization, cyber, smart munitions, sensors, and other missiles (air to air, air to ground).
