DLA grants CACI prime position in $6 billion IT contract

ARLINGTON, Va. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) officials selected CACI International for a prime position on a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract worth an estimated $6 billion to provide information technology (IT), technical, and management expertise in support of the DLA's Information Operations Office (J6), program offices, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
Under the J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) contract, CACI engineers will offer support across the 21 task areas of the DLA IT enterprise to advance the agency’s IT capabilities. Task areas include network and telecommunications, defense business systems support, and information assurance and cybersecurity.
The JETS contract spans over an eight-year period and is considered new work for its business systems, enterprise IT, and cybersecurity market areas.
