Booz Allen selected to support modernization of Navy's tactical networks

McLean, Va. The Navy?s Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) selected Booz Allen Hamilton for a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract valued an estimated $96.1 million to support the modernization of the Navy's tactical networks.
Under contract, Booz Allen Hamilton is tasked to support sailors and joint and coalition partners with cyber-resilient, integrated networks, and foundation computer systems. The PEO C4I is under the U.S. Navy’s Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), who is responsible for ensuring the Navy has access to secure and reliable communications networks on any platform, anywhere.
“We are honored to be selected as PMW 160’s primary industry partner to synchronize Navy legacy programs with the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services,” says Ralph Wade, a Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President and leader in the firm’s U.S. Navy and Marine Corps business.
