USSOCOM avionics support contract won by Rockwell Collins

WASHINGTON. Officials at the Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) selected Rockwell Collins to provide avionics repair and logistics, field service support and spares management for the company's Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS), including expanded roles in field service and repair chain management for other installed avionics.
The five-year contract is worth an estimated $30.7 million to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)
